Thanks to its durability, impact resistance, mold and vermin resistance VERSAROC has proven to be a more than suitable building material for wall applications in residential and commercial construction alike. The ability to size it by using regular carpentry tools gives it the similiar workability of wood with the features of cement. Most commonly 10mm and 12mm thick panels are chosen to substitute for drywall where moisture and impact resistance is a concern.
VERSAROC Cement-bonded particleboard installed in 16mm thickness (5/8 inch) as a wall lining at a sports stadium. Its durability and high impact resistance made it the material of choice for high abuse areas.
VERSAROC Cement-bonded particleboard in 12mm thickness
(1/2 inch) on steel framing used as a lining in a multi-family apartment building. The high impact resistance compared with that of
standard gypsum board paired with the same paint adhesion qualities made it a favorable solution for high traffic areas. Paints must be tolerant of a relatively alkaline surface.

be coated with a spray-on finish.
